How do I get in touch?
Call or text (575) 222-8841 and we’ll sort it. Renting, the gate, and your unit all work from your phone at any hour, so most things never need a call.
Is it secure?
Gated entry, cameras recording around the clock, bright lighting, and a smart lock on your individual unit that only your phone opens.
What does it cost?
A 5×5 is ?$$$, a 10×10 is ?$$$, and a 10×20 is ?$$$ a month. Grand-opening rates arrive when we open in fall 2026. Sign up above (it’s free) and you get first pick at those rates, plus a free month. Month to month after that, no admin fees.
How does the free month work?
One month free: you pay month one at signing, month two is on us, and normal billing starts in month three. No long contract. It’s month to month and you can leave anytime.
What happens if I’m late on a payment?
Life happens. You’ll get reminders by text and email first, and real time to catch up before anything formal starts. New Mexico law sets that timeline and we stick to it.
